Project Overview
TRADITIONAL HOUSE
Welcome to our traditional villa, designed to reflect the client’s passion for tradition and environmental awareness. The villa features a beautiful courtyard (mutram) and a veranda with a sit-out, creating a perfect space for relaxation and socializing. The pooja room is thoughtfully designed with a meditation area and is connected to an indoor garden, creating a serene atmosphere for meditation and reflection.
The dining area of the villa is also connected to the indoor garden, where the sound of the waterfall creates a peaceful and calming ambiance. The use of natural materials such as rammed earth walls, CSEB bricks, terracotta tiles, and Athangudi tiles, along with wooden doors, creates a rustic and authentic feel, adding to the villa’s charm.
At our traditional villa, we understand the importance of environmental sustainability. Therefore, we incorporated eco-friendly methods such as solar power, natural ventilation, and natural lighting, reducing the villa’s carbon footprint while maintaining its traditional charm. The villa’s design maximizes natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The use of traditional architecture and design, combined with eco-friendly features, creates a perfect blend of tradition and modernity, providing our client with a unique and comfortable living space. Overall, our traditional villa showcases the beauty of traditional architecture while incorporating modern eco-friendly features, creating a sustainable and harmonious living environment.
